Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the BhuYatrimobile app and website (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Using the service
Browsing destinations, routes, itineraries, stories, and hotels does not require an account. Some features, such as saving items or publishing content, need you to sign in with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Travel and safety
Adventure travel, including trekking at altitude, carries real risk. Routes, distances, times, costs, weather, and conditions shown in BhuYatri are guidance only and can be out of date or incorrect. You are responsible for your own decisions, preparation, permits, insurance, and safety. Do not rely on the app as your only source of navigation or emergency help.
3. Your content
If you post stories, photos, or other content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it within the service. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law. We may remove content that violates these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or access it by unauthorised means.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not scrape or resell our content without permission.
5. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Google (sign-in) and OpenStreetMap contributors (maps). Their own terms apply to your use of those services. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BhuYatri is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury, loss, or damage arising from your travel or from reliance on information in the service.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the app or by following the steps on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
